NEW PATIENT FORMS
Your first visit is designed to uncover the undetected problem that is causing your symptoms. When you walk in to our office you will be greeted with our warm staff and begin the clinical examination. The examination includes a comprehensive work-up including neurological testing, orthopedic testing, and specific chiropractic exams to determine your state of health.If necessary, x-rays will be taken in-office to ensure an effective and customized treatment program which will require the fewest visits with the highest quality results.
Your second office visit is called the Report of Findings. In this visit, you will spend about 30 minutes with the Doctor discussing the specific measurements and findings of your x-rays and clinical history. Your examination findings reveal your state of health in the past, present, and future. This is a great time to ask the Doctor questions about how to reach your health goals.
Once the Doctor has determined the underlying cause of your symptoms, he will make professional recommendations that will ensure significant changes in your state of well being.
Regular Visits
A typical office visit lasts anywhere between 15 to 30 minutes depending on your treatment recommendations. Once you sign in, Dr. Tabrizi will begin with your chiropractic adjustment to relieve the pressure off of your spine and nervous system. Once your spine is back to its proper alignment, it’s time to relax the muscles that cause you your symptoms. The post adjustment physiotherapy is designed to allow the muscular system to be balanced and hold your adjustments. The goal is to create lasting change, rather than to cover up your symptoms.
